In most scenarios, customers will make all reservations on their own. However, it will happen that customers need help making a reservation either in person. We do NOT do over the phone bookings. If you are unsure of how to do so, please contact Tarah or send their information to her.
(School groups often have restrictions on when they can pay. Recommend they book one fishing child or one fillet and then write the actual number of children coming in the notes and we will subtract amount paid from their total bill day of.)
You will most likely never need to do this so it is helpful to know but more than likely that we will get most bookings online and only need to adjust them by rebooking or cancelling. All of which is done by Tarah.
