You will be on your feet a lot during the day especially while cleaning and filleting fish. The 5-gallon buckets full of water and fish are heavy. This job is a physically demanding job, please take this into consideration as you are applying for this job.

What shifts would you be working?

We are open Monday through Saturday. We currently have our shifts in about 4-8-hour time frames. During the school year, our shifts are from 4 until close (8pm-9:30pm) depending on the time of year. During the summer, the shifts can be scheduled as, but not limited to, the following time frames: 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 1-cl, 4-cl etc.

We do expect you to work most summer and fall holidays, including: Memorial Day, July 4th, July 24th, Labor Day, Halloween night. At a minimum, we expect you to work at least two of the holidays.
